Artist's Biography: Artist "forged" among the presses of the family art print shop, during the academic path taken in Brera and Brussels she specialized in engraving techniques. She participates in itinerant exhibitions as an engraver, which led her to exhibit in several European cultural capitals. She was among the young artist members of Milan's Factory of Talent, teaching children traditional and experimental printing techniques. In the historic studio de l'Incisione in Corbetta (MI), she works alongside and assists numerous internationally renowned Authors in creating original prints, including etchings, lithographs, and screen prints. To satisfy her curiosity about various techniques, she continuously explores expressive diversities. Moving between the artistic use of printing techniques, she is increasingly intrigued by digital tools, while remaining strongly attracted to the simplicity of drawn lines, she will continue to explore new frontiers of taste and artistic gesture.

Cracker Art: Technical and stylistic procedure that Grittini calls cracker art, or rather a funk art / cracker art that ennobles the lost, the abandoned, the obsolete, the out-of-fashion. The words and images, the writings and print characters recorded for centuries, letters, manuscripts, words that taste of earth and sky, the coated paper, the faces, characters, myths, beauties, which, captured, collected, identified, cataloged, probed in their exhilarating readability, find new and targeted fortune. Giuliano and Linda Grittini gave birth to cracker art and it is certainly no small feat, considering that it is often said that everything in art has already been aired. Indeed, but for a transience of culture and art, it is necessary to revisit the past with a unique and possibly irreproducible intellectual ignition, just as Giuliano and Linda Grittini have done.
